Before you pack
These summaries make important policies easy to scan. Management’s contract and posted rules would remain controlling.
Vendors commonly offer new and used goods, antiques, collectibles, crafts, clothing, jewelry, tools, toys, plants and produce. Management retains the right to remove items it considers unsafe or inappropriate.
No explosives, firearms, ammunition, flammables, alcoholic beverages, pornographic material or illegal items may be sold or displayed. Swords and knives must remain inside a display case and may only be handled by the dealer.
Ready-to-eat food and beverages are not allowed without management approval. Produce and canned products such as jams or pickled vegetables are permitted.
Weighted or secured pop-up tents are allowed when they remain inside the assigned space. A truck and trailer may require an extra-large space depending on total length.
No. Pets are not permitted at the flea market and cannot be left inside vehicles.
Dealers are responsible for their own Connecticut sales-tax obligations. Marketplace management does not currently require proof of dealer insurance, but vendors remain responsible for their operations.
